In the Anderson's lab I develop mathematical models based on experiments to explain how neural activity gives rise to persisted behaviors.
In the Sprinzak's lab I develop mathematical models and experimental tools to study aspects of Notch mediated patterning, an underlying mechanism for coordinating cells during tissue differentiation in development and homeostasis.
